2. Registration forms for play group to Std. 12t are available at school office between 8.00 am to 2.00 pm on all working days.
3. Documents required for admission:-
(a) Pre-nursery, LKG, UKG: (i) Municipal birth certificated (photo copy); (ii)
2 Passport size color photo graph (recent.)
(b) Class Ist to XII: (i) School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the State Education Officer, if the school is situated outside BHOPAL. (Recognized); (ii) Progress report of the last examination passed; (iii) Date of birth certificate,( original) and last school leaving certificate duly attested by Area Education Officer; (iv) Ration card or any other valid proof of place of residence; (v) 2 Passport size color photograph. (Recent).
