Hello Virendra,
The resource is rejected because it is probably perceived as 'Copied Content' by the Editor. To get it approved you must add brief discriptions of all districts in your own words or any thing of that sort.
If I am not wrong, you have edited this resource recently. I remember, when I previously visited this post, it was all a mess with improper HTML codes. So that may also be a cause for rejection of your post.
If a post is rejected, then it should not be edited. If you feel you can make further changes in that so that it can be approved, you should post it as another resource with the required changes, so that it can be identified by the editors for review.
As far as your query is concerned about update work in the districts list and in some other areas, it will be done very soon. I have already forwarded this to Webmaster and Site-coordinator.
Regards, Varid Editor

I agree with Varid, MP Spider will delete the content copied from internet or on any other media if it found as a copied content, not only MP Spider but almost all ISC Sister Sites do it.
