Information About HTML


HTML means Hyper Text Markup Language IT is a standard language whose rules & regulation are governed by the W3C (World Wide web Concertino).It is a markup language that means that data in HTML format can be transmitted over the network.

The HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) protocol is standard protocol in network and data is transmitted in Hyper Text Markup Language format. The Hyper Text Markup Language is a procedural programming language that means the statement are written inside the block. There are two blocks one is head block and another is body block.

The Hyper Text Markup Language is non case sensitive language. The Hyper Text Markup Language uses interpreter software. Any web browser contains built in interpreter software for learning Hyper Text Markup Language applications.
The file extension of the source file is .html or .htm. The Hyper Text Markup Language is written in the in the form of tags, surrounded by angle brackets. Hyper Text Markup Language can also describe, to some degree, the appearance and semantics of a document, and can include embedded scripting language code(such as JavaScript) which can affect the behavior of web browsers and other Hyper Text Markup Language processors.

Hyper Text Markup Language is also often used to refer to content of the MINE (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) type text/html or even more broadly as a generic term for Hyper Text Markup Language whether in its XML (Extensible Markup Language.)-descended from (such as XHTML 1.0 and later) or its form descended directly from SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language) (such as HTML4.01 and earlier).
