1. Assistant (by direct recruitment)
No. of posts: 1 (OBC)
Place of posting: Goa

* Essential Qualifications: Graduate of a recognized University with at least 5 years experience in Establishment/ Accounts.
* Desirable Qualifications: Degree / Diploma in computer application.
* Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of notification.

2. Accounts Assistant (leave Vacancy, by transfer on deputation)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Place of posting: Gwalior

* Essential Qualifications:
(i) Persons of Central/ State Governments/ Public Sector/ Autonomous
organizations/ Colleges/ University/ Educational Institutes :
Holding analogous post
OR
Holding posts in the PB1-5200-20200 + GP-2800 with 3 years regular service in
the grade.
OR
Holding posts in the PB1-5200-20200 + GP-2400 with 6 years regular service in
the grade.
(ii) Having at lease 5 years of experience in dealing with Accounts matters.
* Age limit: not exceeding 56 years as on the date of notification.

3. Accounts Assistant (By direct recruitment)

* Essential Qualifications:
(i) Graduate of a recognized University with at least 5 years experience in
Establishment/ Accounts.
Desirable Qualifications:
i) Degree / Diploma in computer application.
ii) Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration.
* Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of notification.

4. Senior Stenographer (English)(leave Vacancy, by transfer on deputation)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Place of posting: Gwalior

* Essential Qualifications:
(i) Persons of Central/ State Governments/ Public Sector/ Autonomous
organizations/ Colleges/ University/ Educational Institutes :
Holding analogous posts OR
Holding posts of Junior Stenographer with 6 years experience with possessing
graduate degree from a recognized university. Possessing speed of 120/40
w.p.m. in English shorthand/ typewriting.
(ii) Working knowledge in computer and hindi typing
* Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the date of notification.

5. Junior Engineer (Civil)(By direct recruitment)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Place of posting: Gwalior

* Essential Qualifications:
(i) 10+2 / Senior Secondary
(ii) Diploma in Civil engineering
Desirable Qualifications:
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering
(ii) Experience in the relevant field
* Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of notification.

6. Junior Stenographer (English)(By direct Recruitment)
No. of posts: 1 (OBC)
Place of posting: Delhi
(Post existing in Gwalior but place of posting at Delhi)

* Essential Qualifications:
(i) 10+2 Senior Secondary with a certificate in stenography from recognized
institution with minimum speed of 80/40 wpm in English shorthand/typewriting.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Graduate from a recognized University.
2. Knowledge of computer and Hindi Typewriting.
* Age limit: 28 years as on the date of notification.

How to apply: You must submit their application in prescribed format which can be downloaded from the website www.iittm.org along with the application fee of Rs.500/- (SC/ST/PH exempted from fee) through a bank draft in
favour of the Director-IITTM payable at Gwalior and sent to Administrative Officer, IITTM, Govindpuri, Gwalior-474011 (MP) latest by 15th April 2011. The complete application must be sumitted in prescribed format in an envelope superscribed "Application for the position of 15th April 2011".

Note: Those already in service in any organization will have to send their application through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
