Applications are invited from eligible candidates for vacancies in Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya
Recruitment is going on for various faculty positions as mentioned below:
1. Professor
2. Assistant Professor
3. Associate Professor
4. Deputy Director Sports

The above positions are vacant in the University Institute of Technology and University Teaching Departments.

Eligibility Criteria for recruitment at RGPV, Bhopal

Following are the details about the education qualifications, work experience and pay scale for the above mentioned positions:

1. Professor:

Pay scale: Rs 37400-67000 + Rs.10000 fixed at a stage above Rs. 43000

Qualifications: First class B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech degree in relevant branch.
Work Experience:
1. Min. 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 5 years as Associate Professor. Should have published of journals after Ph.D and should have guiding experience to Ph.D students. OR

2. Min 13 yrs experience in teaching and/or research and/or industry. If the experience is in research the candidate should have good academic record and books/research paper
publications /IPR/patents record shall be required which would be accessed by the selection committee. OR

3. If the experience is in industry, it should be at manager level with active participation record in devising/designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications/IPR/patents etc.

2. Deputy Director Sports:

Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Rs.9000

Qualifications: First Class Master's Degree or an equivalent CGPA with Ph.D in Physical Education.

Experience: 8 yrs experience as assistant DPES at university/college. The candidate should also provide proof for having produced good performance teams/athletes for
state/national/inter-university/combined university level competitions and also of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps(duration:atleast 2 weeks).

3. Assistant Professor:

Pay Scale: 15600-39000+6000

Qualifications: First class B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech degree in relevant branch.

Aptitude for research is must.

4. Associate Professor:

Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 + Rs.9000

Qualifications: First class B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech degree and Ph.D in relevant branch.

Work Experience: 5 yrs experience in teaching/research/industry of which atleast 2 yrs experience should be after Ph.D. Candidate should have published reputed journals after Ph.D. Also candidates should possess experience in guiding Ph.D students.

Filled in application forms should be enclosed with the necessary documents and a demand draft of Rs.1000/-(exempted in case of SC/ST candidates of Madhya Pradesh) drawn in favour of Registrar, RGPV payable at Bhopal.
