IIITM Gwalior has vacancies for research engineers and senior research engineers on contract basis. The details about the vacancies are presented in this article.

Recruitment of Research Engineers at Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gwalior

Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Gwalior invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of:
1. Senior Research Engineer
2. Research Engineer
The above positions are on contractual basis for a time period of 1 year. The positions are for an R & D project "Implementation of Reactive Roaming Scheme for Honey pots". The project is sponsored by DIT GOI Delhi.

Eligibility criteria for post of Research Engineer at IIITM Gwalior

1. Research Engineer
The candidate should have done B.E/B.Tech in Comp.Science/Electronics and Communication/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology or M.C.A in First division.
The applicants should also possess an experience of atleast 1 year working on C/C++/Java. He/She should also have experience in networking on Windows/ Linux.( Linux candidates would be given preference).
2. Senior Research Engineer
The candidate should have passed atleast M.E/M.Tech in Comp.Science/Electronics and Communication/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology or M.C.A in First division.
The other requirements are similar to that for Research Engineer.

Pay scale or Salary for Research Engineers at IIITM Gwalior

1. Research Engineer
Depending upon the qualifications and experience the candidates would be paid between Rs.18000 to Rs.20000 per month.
2. Senior Research Engineer
The candidates would be paid in the range of Rs.20000 to Rs.22000 per month.
