Advance Engg. Mathematics. By Ramana, Tata McGraw hill:- This book covers almost all the important topics which are present in the syllabus of the undergraduate courses for most of the universities. It contains a detailed description on the topics alongwith solved examples, new and previously asked both. The topics covered includes Differential and Integral Calculus,Differential Equations,Linear Algebra and Vector Calculus, Fourier,Complex and Numerical Analysis and Probability and Statistics.

Higher Engineering Mathematics by BS Grewal, Khanna Publication:- This is one of the most famous books among students of first year B.E and B.Tech courses. It covers all the major topics and presents a very clear and detailed description of the topics. It also contains numerous solved and unsolved questions and hence forms a 'must to have' reference book.

Advance Engineering Mathematics by D.G.Guffy:- This comprehensive textbook provides an overview of mathematical topics that are covered in the engineering courses like differential calculus, integral calculus, Probability etc.

Some other reference books are Engineering Mathematics by S S Sastri. P.H.I., Mathematics for Engineers by S.Arumungam, SCITECH Publuication and Advanced Engineering Mathematics by Erwin Kreyszig, Wiley India.
